XRamp SSL Logo inside and info box with a note for the end user on if they are in or out of a secure connection store wide.

A contribution similar to this was distributed by Patrick Veverka, but this new version is geared at XRamp SSL and makes it easier, more explained, and is fully compatible with the MS2 version of osCommerce.
* Can be modified for use with other certificate providers pretty easily.
