"This is a full patch that should be applied to fresh installations of osCommerce 2.2 only.
The patch adds a column to the database that stores the House Number for customers using the shopping cart. This then allows the Address/Postcode Checks to take place. It also updates all the forms/classes necessary to accommodate for the new field. For this reason, this patch should not be applied to an existing installation, as some modificates could be overwritten.
The reason for this patch is because the house number needs to be submitted as it's own field to perform the address check with the associating banks properly. Currently, osCommerce treats the house number and street name as one field.
It also includes a new version of the Velocity Direct Payment Module, which now communicates using pure sockets, rather than using the cURL libararies that seemed to cause some issues with firewalls and SSL verification.
