Edited/Hacked/Fixed or whatever you want to call it, by Kevin Campisi (tangentmaster@aol.com)
Changes include:
--Corrected Insurance module by Michael May to obtain correct insurance amounts from usps website as that math was slightly off
--Added configuration option: $weightType to allow script to treat weights in product database as ounces or pounds
--Added configuration option: $paddingWeight to allow a buffer or "padding" of final weights to account for packing material, etc.
--changed display to reflect whether weight is in 'ounces' or 'pounds' (corresponding to $weightType value)
--switched insurance module to $order->info['subtotal'] rather than 'total' to make sure TAXES are NOT included in insurance calculation
