This contribution requires the domxml module in PHP4. It requires many fewer lines of code to parse XML with an XML parser!
I have also reworked the International shipping in a similar manner. This module is no longer reliant on USPS not changing the exact names of their services without notice.
Methods can be restricted at this time by commenting out unwanted options in arrays.
