It's a modified version of Lloyd Swadling's Toll courier rates.
This version is based on Jay Bonaretti's TNT Shipping by Postcode version 2 from 23 July 2004.
Updated by Brent Wesley on 23 March 2006 to take in new formula including fuel levy.
Features:
=========
1. Shipping calculation now includes the new fuel levy from Toll. This is set in admin panel.
2. Included calculation of the minimum consignment charge. This is set in admin panel. If weight based charge does not exceed your minimum consignment charge. It will use that. The consignment charge will have the appropriate fuel levy and GST added.
3. Optional Handling fee.

1. Rewritten the entire postcode files to include all current postcodes AND changed all zones to Toll Ipec zones
2. Added Minimum consignment charge. If weight based charge does not exceed your minimum consignment charge. It will use that. The consignment charge will have the appropriate fuel levy and GST added.
3. Removed 15Kg reduction of total weight
4. Fixed Tax calculation so it can be set by admin panel.
5. Changed shipping charge calculation to the following:
Total Shipping = {[x * y + z] * f} + b
Where:
x= charge per kilo over 15kg (changed in sql table)
y= total weight (total weight derived from product listing)
z= consignment charge (changed in sql table)
f= Fuel Levy. (This changes each month, Controlled in Admin section)
b= handling fee (changed in oscommerce admin)" |
