"This module is based on the Table Rate module. It allows the administrator to define a virtually unlimited array of shipping rates based on the total cost of cart contents.
The syntax for defining the tiers is the same for the Table Rate module:
maxtotal:rate,maxtotal:rate...etc.
For example,
24.99:20,49.99:15,99.99:10,100000:0
A total of 24.99 or less incurs a 20% shipping charge; anything 49.99 or less incurs 15%; anything 99.99 or less incurs 10%. And yes, you can specify free shipping! In this case, any total over 100 has 0% shipping added.
