"NOTES:
The purpose of this module is to allow shipping to be calculated using
the default Table Rate system and also charge an extra fee for nominated
countries->states or entire countries.
For example, in addition to the usual "Table Rate" charges,
the module is setup by default to add an extra $10 to ship to
any state in Canada and an extra $15 to ship to US-Hawaii.

The oscommerce ountry names and state (or zone) names can all be viewed
in your admin->locations/taxes area.
The settings are straight forward to change, but if you are adding
extra charges for a coutries->state then the state should be added
to the oscommerce zones to allow for correct lookup by the module.
Extra charges are based on the customers delivery address." |
