"The purpose of this contribution was to allow those using the "Free shipping" module from the admin tools, to show a message within the shopping_cart.php infobox that lets a customer know exactly how much they have to spend yet in order to receive free shipping.
This was made and tested on oscommerce 2.2MS1.
