"This is a howto to be able to add shipping depency to your payment modules. This way you can restrict payment methods to some shipping methods. As for example Cash on Delivery.
You don't want people to choose normal mail and than trying to pay with cash on delivery. That way they would pay too little. This way it can be prevented. I figured this out myself by using the COD+COP 1.2 payment module which I could not get to work at first.
