"This contrib follows a message from an angry customer who recieved their goods at the billing address and not the shipping address, just add 2 lines and you are done.
What it does:
if the shipping address is different from the billing address a java warning box shows this. also in large red letters you will see on the order page SHIPPING ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM BILLING ADDRESS.
simple but essential.
