"This contribution allows you to substitute any sort of external page (using php include) for the product description normally entered in the admin panel. The advantage of this is that through the POST variables, you can select a different page to display, essentially allowing you to have multiple pages for a single product. You would, of course, need to provide the links to the secondary pages, but they will appear inside the OSCommerce engine with the buy now links and all borders.
This is a very simple mod with about 15 lines of code in one place and won't affect your current products." |
