"LUUP payment module - Official release

This is a re-release of the LUUP payment module.
The module has been rewritten to use LUUP web services to process payments. With this module the user is NEVER redirected from the shop to complete the payment. The entire payment process is completed during the checkout process in osCommerce!
An optional extension is included to enable post-processing of payments from the orders administration in osCommerce. You can collect pending LUUP payments + refund and cancel LUUP payments by the click of a button!
