"Here is the 'offline' module I wrote for iKobo.com
It gives the user instructions how to send you payments from ikobo.
Pretty simple.
This is the only viable option to use Ikobo because they do not support third party shopping carts.
This module also repeats the instruction in the order email sent to the user, just in case they missed the instructions when they were checking out.
