"This a contribution to fix a non-fatal but problematic bug in oscommerce 2.2. The bug occurs when entering an address (shipping, address book, and payment) and the address is entered in incorrectly. At this point the error message is given and the form is repopulated, however of more then one state is available then only the first state will be selected.
In the case of US addresses some custoemrs were not reselecting the state and the store was ending up with Alamabama as the state instead of the correct one.
This contribution fixes that by inserting the default drop down and selecting that instead of the first state/province." |
