"This contribution creates a lowercase password when the user fills out the password_forgotten page.
I found this to be useful because when the user is sent a new password it has lowercase and uppercase characters,
which will make it difficult for the user to enter the password. Also since the password is case sensitive if the user enters
the password in all caps or all lowercase they will get an error. So this just makes everything lowercase which is much easier to enter.
