"This is a modification of the "City Tax Rate Hack for MS1" contribution, written by 'Ocularmagic' and 'Akshara Weave'.
All credit goes to them for allowing me to uitilize their work to solve county sales tax issues for the state of Pennsylvania.
This mod can be altered by the user to reflect the counties you must deal with, in your state.
It's a simple modification to only two files (and a 'possible' database change), and there are no additional files to upload to your directory (only one install text file is included, with full instructions).
