"For Spanish shops, this is a replacement countries tables in your database. All you have to do is replace your current countries table on osC Database with this attached one. Use phpMyAdmin.
If you do not know how to update or replace tables in MySQL, I suggest you do not mess with this. It's not that important that people search for their home countries in English.
Result: the list of countries will be read in Spanish, as opposed to English.

########## WARNING ############
##############################
Use this table ONLY on new installs. The countries_id field no longer correspond to the old country list. This was done to reflect the new Spanish alphabetical order. So, for example, if you've been using the old table and have X number of customers in the US, when you replace the new table, your US customers will now appear to live in Yemen!
Again, this is for new installs only.
If you want to try it out, make sure to BACK UP YOUR OLD TABLE FIRST.
Let me know if you have any questions (in English or Spanish or Italian). My forum user ID is RodrigoDC.
