"display country names in selected language

This has been written for osCommerce 2.2 MS2. It will
though probably NOT WORK with previous versions.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS ON ANY MINOR VERSION WITHOUT
YOURSELF HAVING AT LEAST VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF PHP!
Do also not use this contribution if you don't want the
admin area to be modified as this will make regular
updates not easier or just impossible.
I What does it do?
The modifications with this contribution enable you
as the admin of your shop as well as the visitors to
your website to display the country_name in the
language the admin area or the shop are viewed in
So 'Germany' becomes 'Deutschland' if viewed in german.
II Does one really need this?
If you run your shop in only one language you probably
don't. Actually I don't know, I just did it because some
guy in germany asked for a german country list.
So he could get one now.
The advantage might be that users can more easy read
countries names if displayed in their language.
One might see it as overload and another one might see
it as a step further in localisation of frontends.
III Is there anything else interesting in the archive?
No, nothing else, no gimmicks. :-)
IV Known bugs
I would call it a bug but I don't know if it really is.
If you have for example hebrew installed as a language
you will have no chance to change the countries name for
hebrew as there is no entry for hebrew in the table yet.
But a "short" description is enclosed in the archive how
to make it work.
V unknown bugs
