What this is and what it does:
I got tired of getting emails from customers constantly asking questions
about their orders but not leaving ANY INFO on who they were, or what their
order number was. After getting emails like the examples below over and over
again I decided to make this contribution. It can really make things pretty
hectic when you get 25 an emails in one day like these:
"Hi, how long till I get my order?
Thanks
BOB"
OR
"Hello, my friend Jane ordered me a shirt from your store,
what colors do they come in?
Sincerely
Betty Sue"
Ok..... who is Bob, Jane, or Betty Sue and or what is their order numbers?
The main purpose of this contribution is to add the customers Order Number
and name to the body of every enquiry that a customer sends to your store
using the Contact Us page.
It is a very simple Drop in replacement contribution. There is only one
existing file modification that needs to be made for this to work.
This contribution also adds some basic information about your store's
mailing address to the contact us page, which I got the idea from Phil
Townsend's Contact Us - More info on the page contribution.
