"This module is a modified table.php from the standard osC release.
New features are:
-combined "Standard" and "Cash On Delivery"-module
-Possibility to show "See order confirmation" instead a sum when checking out
Options:
Shipping Table - like in table.php
Table Method - like in table.php (per weight or per price)
Handling Fee - fixed value to add to price
Handling Fee for COD - fixed value to add to price if COD was selected, entering 999999 here, disabled COD-feature
Tax Class, Shipping Zone, Sort Order - all like in table.php
