"the contribution take fee from Credit Card Type( % for ViSa/Amex/Master/..).
when customer do checkout configmation, base on the CC type that customer want for payment. % fee of Card Type will be add to Order like how shipping/tax fee working

NOTCE: you can update all code for OSC 2.2 standard version. if you have modified version, plz use some file compaire tool like WINMERGE to get new code update.
i have not enough time to do install.txt now so i will update later soon
